yep this is an old thing. But as I said, I am sending it here because I keep 
losing it and others may be interested.

For what it is worth, we are now in 2005 and still none of what was discussed 
back then is not done. :-)

Posting here was not intended for anything else other than to keep it here. i 
really liked Shaum's requirements and never can find them when I want to. 
Also that discussion hold various other nuggets that I need while thinking.
