whoa dude, hold on, this is an incredibly old email to begin with,
some of which may have already been implemented, some still dont,  and
infrastructural debates are out of the question for now after the
infamous mini-flame war.

We just had our meeting a week ago with the minutes at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeamMeetingSummary5.

I suggest we stick with was agreed during the meeting and update the
community on what's active by filling up
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocteamProjects and building on it.

We can still have projects like this (why not), but I believe this
should be done in a meeting again and have the DocteamProjects wiki
updated if we as a team adopt the proposal as a team project.
