Total World Domination, of course.
Or, more precisely, acheiving total world domination by documenting the
fact that we dominate the world already.

I should be in, yes. What I'm interested in:
 - contributing my small knowledge around user-centered design and
   categorization
 - putting together visionary long-term plans

My possible involvement:
Since there's already lots of very good people writing documentation, I
see the need for someone doing the dirty job of tracking what's
happening, keeping things linked together, spot/collect problems and
solve them. Shortly put, oil the gears, so that everyone is happy and
things are smooth, or glue the community so that it's not necessary for
everyone to know about everone else in order to cooperate.
Since that's mainly dirty job, I'm currently negotiating with Mark for
some funding in order to do it. My involvement mainly depends on the
outcome of that, and that's why I've been a bit cautious in taking
 responsibilities so far.

Me either, although I can see the reasons behind the move.

I like (and reiterate :) the idea of, after an idea storm happened in
IRC, spending a moment to wrap things up into a RFC to post on the list.
The act itself of wrapping things into an RFC induces lots of cleanup in
the ideas, and would start discussions in the list with already some
solid ground.

Well, we should also consider giving some thought about what do we need
a leader for. Sabdfl can already be a leader. The Ubuntu Code of
Conduct can be a very good leader. Until we're a small group, at least.

/me wants Hornbeck as a model for erotic Ubuntu artwork!

I wanted to do some mock-up on the faceted categorization index (as I
wrote one or two days ago in the list), but I'm waiting for the new wiki
to stabilize a bit, so that I can ask the wiki developers for some help
with it.

 * enrico is struck by lightning

I just realized that I don't need the wiki to do a mockup:
