help translation to different language

Hi.

I am a baby ubuntu user and my native language is Tradition Chinese. I use Debian for years and the found ubuntu on the Norbert Tretkowski's Homepage.So I decide to give ubuntu a chance and now I love it!

I also interest in tranlating docs to help others involve with ubuntu or Debian. I am a developer of Debian quick reference (http://qref.sf.net) in Tradition Chinese. So I would like to help to translate some document to my natives.

However, I don't know how to start. I can't find any official documents on the http://www.ubuntulinux.org/support/documentation/helpcenter_view and please help me to quick start. :-)
