+1 Maintenance report

I was scheduled to do +1 maintenance this last Thursday and Friday;
however, I only managed to work on it one of those days as I spent
Friday sick in bed.

On Thursday, I spent most of my day working through the autopkgtest
regressions identified with sphinx by reproducing the autopkgtest run
locally (and confirming pass, then asking for a retrigger from a core)
or by identifying the more complex requirements to get the tests to pass.
