Claws mail build fails because it can't find /lib/libgpg-error.la

libgpgme11-dev contains a .la file that references /lib/libgpg-error.la,
which is where this path is being picked up from.

It may be that gpgme1.0 (source package of libgpgme11-dev) needs a
rebuild to pick up the new path.
