Claws mail build fails because it can't find /lib/libgpg-error.la

Yep, that looks like it will fix the problem (a local rebuild of gpgme1.0
produces an .la file with the correct contents). I'm not sure yet whether
that fixes the claws build, but it seems like it should.
Thanks! I'll file a bug and request a no-change rebuild for gpgme1.0.
