Patch pilot report for Feb 28

Hello,

during today's piloting, which went a bit better than my first one last 
month, I sponsored bsdiff and libofx fixes, merged bzr branch and 
sponsored nted, asked for further details on bugs with patches on sugar, 
cmake, pidgin-libnotify and onboard, and uploaded a new upstram version 
of valgrind.
I forgot to use the sponsor tool from ubuntu-dev-tools.
