We don't announce this possibility widely as we prefer to process
applications in a common workflow and not every application in a
different way.
Just talk to the DMB if you can't make the meeting times and we figure
something out that works for all involved (be it a meeting at a
different time, processing the application by mail, something
different).
We aren't scripts/bots that follow a strict workflow :)
