Discontinuation of libhid library in Ubuntu 10.10 causes problems for psytoolkit

The package was removed in Debian because it was orphaned by its'
maintainer, and suffered from "release critical" bugs.

If you or somebody else steps up to maintain the package in Debian,
it'll be eligible for import into Ubuntu.
