command-not-found appropriate for standard?

Reading the thread, the general consensus seems to be to leave it as it
is as far as seeds go.  I agree that trying to trim down its package
size wouldn't hurt, and suggest that people with concrete suggestions on
that front go right ahead and file bugs and patches.
