Hi Henrique,
Translations are done in Launchpad at
http://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu . You'll need to become a
member of the Ubuntu Translators group to gain permissions to
translate, perhaps by joining https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-pt .
