I've changed the defaults for requestsync and pull-debian-source in the
ubuntu-dev-tools bzr.

But I'm not sure yet if and how to update ubuntu-dev-tools in karmic: is
a backport enough (once the changes got uploaded to lucid) or better
prepare a SRU so it reaches far more developers and contributors?
