Thank you Michael,
I am seeing this now, because I typically upgrade stable servers about
half way through the following release cycle.
WOW guys this is critical package. Just because stable servers don't
track the latest releases. And wait until the releases is stabilized
doesn't mean they don't use ubuntu.

FINE!! What needs to be done to make apt-listbugs refer to ubuntu bugs?
How much difference is there between ubuntu and debian outside of main?
apt-listchanges also refers to debian from my understanding and it is
less important than apt-listbugs.
apt-listbugs is used by server upgrade scripts to PREVENT / WARN of
potentially dangerous upgrades.
For the time being I have manually pulled debian's apt-listbugs and
installed it. It still reports of potentially dangerous "debian"
upgrades.

No-one spoke up to save the package, so this is a last chance, I will
request its removal on Monday if no-one comes up with a good reason
first.
Anyone is free to make it more useful on Ubuntu and then seek
its re-inclusion.
