Remove apt-listbugs?

Hi,

I just saw bug 268966 get reported. Apparently having apt-listbugs
confuses people. We could make it display Ubuntu bugs instead, but
we don't have the versioning information that it relies on. Perhaps
it would work ok, but it's work to find out.

Also, installing it leads to bug 62720, which isn't great.

I think having it in the archive is not necessary, but I wondered
if anyone had a legitimate use for it.
