apt-listbugs removed from main packages

Perhaps it should check and report for both debian and ubuntu bugs? The
main problem with ubuntu bugs in launchpad for apt-listchanges is that
the bugs itself do not list the affected versions in its metadata. This
information from the debian BTS is used by apt-listbugs to show only
bugs that are actually affecting the given package. So apt-listbugs will
almost certainly be less useful for released versions of ubuntu in
general. It is however possible to check for bugs that have a
distrobugtask created, which is a manual process.
If you want to help out, I'd suggest to contact the authors. According
to [1], that would be Ryan Niebur and Francesco Poli.
