And since IRC doesn't seem as popular outside the FOSS world these days, in
case you're wondering how to reach this "#kubuntu-devel" thing, in your
Kickoff, look in Applications -> Internet and choose Quassel (or search for
it). It'll walk you through choosing a user name and all. Once it's
connected to the server used for K/X/Ubuntu chat, you can hit the "Join"
button at the top and type in "#kubuntu-devel" without quotes if you have
further ideas for how it could be made easier for new users.
