They're there...

Search for a manpage in the form in the top right corner, such as, "dash"
 * http://manpages.ubuntu.com/search.py?title=dash

Click on the one in the matrix you want to look at, such as Intrepid's dash(1):
 * http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/intrepid/man1/dash.html

Or, browse by Ubuntu release, by clicking on the tab in the upper
right hand corner:
 * http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/hardy/

Click down through the file/directory hierarchy to the language and
section you want, such as "Russian", "section 1":
 * http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/hardy/ru/man1/

I admit the "title only" search could use some improvement, as it
currently only supports exact matches of titles. Basically, the
equivalent of doing "man dash" from a command line. Once Google's
crawlers have indexed the site (it takes a few weeks), we should be
able to use a Custom Google Search to handle a full text search. I'm
helping that along with some XML sitemaps that are generated along
with the HTML and GZ files, and feeding those directly to Google.
