Would it be possible to have just one namespace for specs? I'm concerned
about MOTU activities that later move into core-dev, and that it would
be rather confusing if they continued to live under Spec/MOTU/. Just
Spec/ seems reasonable, and Launchpad can be used to deal with the
indexing problem.

Also, as a general point, please make sure that Launchpad is updated
when moving specs around. (One of the things I'm doing at the moment is
going through features from previous releases, and it's valuable to
still be able to click through to the wiki for details.)
