Welcome Luka Renko to MOTU

Hi,

with the MOTU Council taking over handling MOTU application, Luka was the 
first candidate to pass. So please everybody welcome Luka Renko 
<lure at ubuntu.com>.

Luka will add another hand with KDE focus to the MOTU team. You can find him 
at #kubuntu-devel and #ubuntu-motu as Lure.
