Welcome Alexander Sack to ubuntu-core-dev

With the recent changes in the process of joining the development team,
including the new MOTU Council and the increasing use of email for
processing applications, it seems appropriate to begin announcing new
developers to the mailing list.

Please join me in welcoming Alexander Sack to the core development team.
Alexander is an experienced Debian developer who is now contributing to
Ubuntu through the Mozilla team.
