graphical interface for smbpasswd

Hi,

A graphical configuration for smbpasswd has been sorely missing for such
a long time. I would like to suggest a couple changes to the shared
folders UI to handle it, but I don't know who exactly I should contact.

Could someone please point me to the right direction?
