Texmaker in Main Please.

I have addressed the issues found on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements to allow Texmaker
into main.  Please see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TexmakerInMain where I have
done this.  This is a result of this

I really think Ubuntu would provide a better LaTeX solution for its users if
they would fully support Texmaker.
