Are eagle-usb-* packages inside the Dapper CDs?

Note that eagle-usb-* are not very well supported right now, and almost
certainly won't function; we haven't anybody who has the appropriate
equipment and can maintain them.

If you can get them working, any help you can provide to correct the
packages would be welcomed, I'm sure.
