Are eagle-usb-* packages inside the Dapper CDs?

Hi!

Are the eagle-usb-* packages inside the Dapper installation & live CDs?
I think it could be great, because the eagle-usb-* packages are needed
in order to get ADSL USB modems to work for Internet connection.

It is the "egg and chicken" problem: in order to get Internet
connection, you need the eagle-usb-* packages. But to get the
eagle-usb-* packages, you need an Internet connection (if those packages
aren't inside the CDs).

ADSL via USB modems is very very common here in Spain.
