Oliver, what's your feeling on a simple 'xscreensaver-glue' package that:
Depends: gnome-screensaver | kscreensaver
Provides: xscreensaver
Conflicts: xscreensaver
and provide an alternatives '/usr/bin/xscreensaver-command' that gets
marshalled through to whatever the actually running screensaver is.
This could just be installed in cases that where we're not installing
'xscreensaver'---such a the current desktop.
