The spec URL on the Wiki page was wrong, so I fixed it while reading
the spec :)

Regarding chaging /etc/resolv.conf, maybe resolvconf[1] could be used
in this case?

I use network-manager and vpnc, but I've never used network-manager's
vpnc plugin. I'd like to help with testing if necessary.
