embedded ubuntu?

Hi All,

I've read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/EmbeddedUbuntu  but it doesn't give a
great idea as to the current state of embedded ubuntu or where you can
go to get further information (I didn't see a reference to a mailing
list or contact point as such).  

So... where can I find more information?  I'd like to add to the
development effort where possible, but in order to do so I really need
to know the current state.

Any pointers appreciated.
