Yes, we plan to make it available in breezy-updates for a
breezy->dapper upgrade.
 
It looks like I picked a bad timing for my question about the upgrade
testing :) 

Due to some update we had a tranient failure that made a clean upgrade
impossible (it started ~10 minutes after I send the call for
testing). So everyone interested is very welcome to give it another
try, the dapper archive should be in a upgradable state again.
