UCK is targeted more at automated builds (through scripting) and it
works for any distro in Ubuntu family (Kubuntu, Xubuntu, etc.). AFAIK
Reconstructor is targeted at Ubuntu and Gnome.
But UCK also contains GUI for simplest customizations (language, custom
installation of packages).

Calling distro "Something Ubuntu" clearly requires approval from
Canonical to use its trademarks :)
