UbuntuLiveChatSupport testing.

Yes, it needs cairo 1.0.2-2, glib 2.10, and pango 1.12.

Breezy uses Gnome 2.12 w/c I think you can still run the program, 
which the Gtk+2.0 part still not messed up, because the GTK+ part will
still be functional. However, I think some of the images and buttons
that use stock icons will not function correctly, that is in my
experience.
