The DebuggingProcedures have much more instructions than what can be
automated. This tool is meant to be pointed to by developers/triagers if
they expect that the information in the recipes will be enough. End
users are much more inclined to help if all they have to do is type:

blousy 12345 sound

instead of following a wikipage full of debugging instructions.
