What about installing it by default, but disable it in init 2? So, it
can be enabled after install, untill we create installer that will
install system for every individual.

Blind person can't install Dapper without some help, so another person
that helps trough install will easily enable it in init 2 (Gnome ->
System -> Services).

It's just an idea...
