inclusion of ksh instead of pdksh

We do already have the ksh package in ubuntu:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/src:ksh. The problem you are seeing seems
to be that it FTBFS in breezy:
http://people.ubuntu.com/~lamont/buildLogs/k/ksh/93q-4/
Unfortunatly, nobody noticed this in time :(

Since breezy is released, we cannot upload to breezy anymore.

In dapper however, version 93q+93r-1 is available on all supported
architectures:

>> madison-lite ksh
       ksh |  93q+93r-1 |      unstable | source, i386, powerpc
       ksh |      93q-4 |        breezy | source
       ksh |  93q+93r-1 |        dapper | source, amd64, i386, powerpc
