inclusion of ksh instead of pdksh

We do already have the ksh package in ubuntu: The problem you are seeing seems
to be that it FTBFS in breezy:
Unfortunatly, nobody noticed this in time :(

Since breezy is released, we cannot upload to breezy anymore.

In dapper however, version 93q+93r-1 is available on all supported
