libstdc++ allocator change

Hi,

for universe library packages that need some love for libstc++ allocator 
change, please file bugs in malone that have the title

libstdc++ new allocator build

Thus, the status of the merge-list [1], which now also handles c2a-transition 
will be updated.

You can do this with Stephan Hermanns lpbugs.py with the option -r. It resides 
as bzr-archive at [2].

Please always double-check with doko's email [3].

The following packages were already merged, and may still need to be touched 
for libstdc++ allocator change:

Stephan Hermann:
	hk-classes
	jaberoo
	knode

Loic Pefferkorn:
	ktorrent

Christian Bjälevik:
	libcommoncpp2 (zakame)
	tqsllib
	tulip

Daniel T. Chen:
	vips
	xclass

If they still need to be adjusted for libstdc++, please drop me a mail to 
sistpoty at ubuntu.com or contact me on irc (sistpoty). Thus I will reset these 
packages to "new/unassigned" on the merge-list.

In case the merge-list is inaccurate, please contact me as well.
