language-packs not updated

The Rosetta infrastructure is not yet ready for automatic daily
rebuilding. However, incidentially I just rebuilt and uploaded updated
language-pack-*-update packages, so with some luck, the fixed u-m
translations are already contained in them.

As soon as Rosetta has the necessary support, the update debs will be
built daily (if they changed). This will happen before the Hoary
release in any case.
