Enabled repositories in default install

So you could not enable universe on the server installation, only on
the normal installation. And if you know how to use apt-get, you
probably are able to disable universe if you like to do so.

When I have the time, I will... This is something that is really
needed. But also, things should be kept as simple to do as possible.
So if the first time you want to install a program, and the first
thing you have to do is change some settings, this is not really
user-friendly...
