Installing smeg as the default menu editor?

Wrong kind of menu. :) Also, Smeg is in the System Tools menu because
it started out as a root only menu editor and gained user editting
capabilities at around 0.3. I agree it needs to be moved, but I think
it should go in Applications->Accessories
