I'd suggest you try to package it for yourself, and show it to some
MOTU who can give you comments about your packaging. If you are
confident with your package, put it on revu, and we will review it for
inclusion.

Having said this, there is still a LOT of other work to do in breezy:
CXX transition is not over yet completly, X is a mess right now,
making compiling of many X apps very difficult, ghc6 is broken atm,
and so on.

I'm touch with Sebastian Dröge about soundconverter, will talk to him
about this issue.
