Spec for Kerberizing Ubuntu

That would be me -) Anyway, I'm happy to work on the packages, tho i 
don't have upload priviledges for main (and i'd honestly like someone 
else to look over any changes i make anyway). I reckon if we ask nicely 
(and present patches), we could persuade some nice people to have a look 
(i had a quick look at bugzilla, and there's no specific person assigned 
to the heimdal packages at least).
