Universe bugs

[Frans Kool [FRSGlobal]]

Hi,

I'm trying to enter bugs into the Universe Bugzilla [1], and am trying to
register.
But it seems Bugzilla does not send the promised mail, so entering new
issues seems impossible.
Is this a known "feature"?
