Frans, other people are using Malone just fine. I'd suggest that you
report a bug, if it weren't for your problem being that you can't report
bugs. :-)

Can you come on irc://irc.freenode.net/#launchpad and introduce
yourself? Then one of the Launchpad team can work out what the problem
is with your registration.
