Well, most of our modules are in the single linux-image package (it has
many, many, many, many extra modules), so we could keep it in sync with
the kernel, but drivers like the ATI and nVidia binary drivers, the
Atheros wireless driver, and firmware for the TI ACX100 wireless card
were non-free, so we split those out into a separate
linux-restricted-modules package.  It's just easier doing it once,
instead of about 40 times.
