[doc] I would like to reschedule a doc meeting, instead of doing stuff in today's CC meeting.

Now let's just get it to a wider audience and try to make up a best
time for everybody to attend, I would like to maximize participation

I can make up a new agenda with a more broad list of issues we need to
discuss, some background material etc. I think it would be better
serves at a seperate meeting. Am not sure that bringing it up on the
CC meeting just in a glance then leaving like things are sorted out
just to find they weren't would be that great...

I'll open a page on DocTeam (old wiki) , I'd like everybody to give me
3 possible times of the day, or (we've waited so far for things to
formalize, we can spare 2 days or so) even if he'd like a another
date. Upon this we can decided of a day this week to meet. I'd try to
make it best suitable by as much people as I can, as I want meeting
participants to be at their best, prepared and productive.

Another  mail regarding the sign up page will be shorty sent.
