Creating audio CDs in Hoary.

This is a glaring hole in GNOME right at the moment.  It would be really
nice to have some sort of solution in Hoary.  We need at least.

Copy audio CD
Copy data CD  - yes you can do this manually but who wants to.
Copy DVD 
Create audio CD - presumably Rhythmbox will do this.
