rlwrap 0.44 needed for bugfix w/ readline 8.1

First time on the list so I'm not much aware of etiquette, please excuse me.

I noticed an issue using rlwrap on Ubuntu 22.04 (prompts are overwritten
with the input), however the problem has been fixed upstream in version
0.44, which was released Jan 2021. Should this package be updated? The
currently available version 0.43 is 5 years old.
