Subversion package on Ubuntu 20.04 Server LTS

Hi!

How can I install in productive environment of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS the package which is free of issue described here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SVN-4762?issueNumber=4762

The package I have now: https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/subversion
Corrected version: 1.14.1

Without this we have issues in a company with Subversion which is commonly used. I would be grateful for information.
