It looks like this was removed because nobody was maintaining the
packaging:

It would need to be fixed and maintained properly to get it back into
the package repositories.

Alternatively, a developer might find it easier to snap it:
https://snapcraft.io/

But whichever way, it does look like it'll need some work from someone
to make it available in Ubuntu again.
