the graphical interface disappear using nvidia drivers

The ubuntu graphical interface disappeared after installing nvidia drivers successfully.The nvidia drivers work well,but I cannot open the ubuntu graphical interface.The xorg.conf and lightdm are also ok.I cannot figure this problem that spending my two weeks on that. Please help!!!
