Seeking right direction ( project group) to translate Ubuntu system language to Tibetan language.

Respected Concerned,

I am Lobsang Tsering from Tibet and currently I am studying software
Engineering at VIT University, Vellore, India.

I really appreciate the work and the knowledge openly shared by GNU.
Software changes every lifestyles and it's becoming power to make things
faster, more effective, greater reliability and most importantly it saves
energies and time.

For  most of the Tibetan, we really do not have the luxury of using one of
the most beautiful innovation of mankind the computer, without fully
understanding of what a computer can do or not.  In Tibetan community,
BoYing (Tibetan Language) becoming useless when it comes to technologies
and I really believe that it is purely my ( Tibetan computer professionals
or scientist) responsibility to fix that bug.

I really wanted to translate entire Ubuntu system language to Tibetan
language and i am willing to spent all my engines to make a difference in a
small community with a big heart.

So here i am asking you direct me right direction to develop.
